Accounts Receivable Associate
Support day-to-day operations of Accounts Receivable. Specifically the preliminary customer billing preparation function required for invoicing including period end close, reporting and other related accounting activities.
• Support policies and procedures for collections position
• Collect, record and deposit receipts daily
• Achieve key performance targets in the areas of accounts receivable management, such as bad debt, cash receipts and aging accounts receivable targets
• Collect customer information, research credit history and establish terms and conditions
• Research and solve payment discrepancies and make adjustments as needed
• Maintain accurate customer accounts by applying payments and credits
• Print statements and mail
• Hold collections meetings
• Provide phone support as needed in regards to customer accounts
• Support front office administrative, day to day functions such as answering telephones
• Run a accounting reports for controller
• Assist controller
• Other accounting projects as assigned
Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Works under general supervision.
Requires regular contact with other departments or companies on routine company business.
• Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school
• 2 to 4 years related work experience
• Excellent verbal and written skills
• Advanced MS Excel, MS Word, and report writing skills.
• Proficiency in MAS software preferred.

Controls Engineer I
Controls Engineer who will be responsible for controls systems design, specification, programming, simulation and testing, and start-up assistance.

Develop machine programs for all CBI Products, stationary, portable, etc

Provide Controls support/upgrades/etc for all CBI Products

Create BOM’s and schematics for all Product Lines
-
Responsible for all remote communications and modifications

Responsible for research and development to ensure CBI has correct controls

Provide Customer Service, Dealer and Actual Customer Support

Create project plan and meet deliverables

Provide manufacturing support

Follow proper Engineering procedures for ECOs, ECRs, etc

Support CBI Purchasing & Warehouse on any relevant inventory concerns

Produce all required documentation

Assist in training of CBI Personnel

Work with subcontractors and power companies during stationary systems construction

Work with outside vendors to develop controls systems

Assist in the management of all in house electronics/panel builds.

Ensures all personnel follow safety protocol, use of PPE, and reporting of unsafe conditions.

Provide support to Customer Service, Technical Support, and Field Service Issues.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job. Works under immediate supervision. Interaction across the organization is necessary, and includes the Materials Department, Production, Outside Processors, Vendors, Contractors, and Sales. Physical effort is required (climbing on machines for testing and troubleshooting). Mostly office and assembly shop work. Occasional site work, which can be very dirty with extreme temperatures.

BS Electrical Preferred, Technical degree considered

Good working knowledge of industrial control electronics, through experience or formal education.

Strong working knowledge of Auto Cad (Auto Cad Electrical preferred)

2 years’ experience with PLC Programming (Allen Bradley preferred)

Familiarity with NEC , NFPA 79 and CE requirements

Ability to draw schematics and diagrams

Ability to produce test fixtures, jigs and fixtures.

Some knowledge of Mobile Hydraulic Systems

Experience with remote radio, CoDeSys programming language, controls a plus and Parker IQAN Control System is a plus

Drafter I
Job Overview:
· Detail drawings from 3D solid models for items to be manufactured to specific dimensions
Essential Job Functions
· Produce all required drawings and designs that meet Engineering specifications
· Produce timely and accurate BOMs
· Support manufacturing on all designs
· Work with purchasing in materials & equipment acquisition
· Practice sound engineering concepts and principles
· Follow proper Engineering Procedures for ECOs, ECRs, etc
· Work toward cost reduction and increased commonality of parts
- Produce all required documentation
Qualifications Needed:
· Minimum of two-year Associate’s degree in mechanical engineering or a related field OR two years of trade school in a related field
· 0 to 2 years related work experience
· Proficient in mechanical design, detailing, and the use of computer-assisted drafting (CAD) software. Solid Works a must.
· Knowledge of common manufacturing terminology and techniques, including welding, fabricating, and machining.
· Thorough knowledge of English and Metric units of measurement, as well as basic mathematics and geometry.
· Self-starter, independent worker with good communication and interpersonal skills.

Hydraulic Engineer I
Job Overview:
· Responsible for designing, assisting with start-up, supporting, and troubleshooting hydraulic systems for all product lines.
Essential Job Functions
· Responsible for assisting with the hydraulic systems for all CBI Product lines
· Assist with the creation of all BOMS and Drawings
· Assist with the creation of project plan and meet deliverables
· Complete documentation package (job books, manuals, assy drwgs, etc.)
· Provide manufacturing support
· Provide Customer Service, Dealer and Actual Customer Support
· Follow proper Engineering procedures for ECOs, ECRs, etc
· Support CBI Purchasing & Warehouse on any relevant inventory concerns
· Provide sound Engineering concepts & principles
· Produce timely and accurate As-Built BOMs
· Produce timely and accurate material for Service Manuals
· Create Bills of Material for assembly drawings.
· Produce all required documentation
· Preform other duties as required
Qualification Needed:
· Technical degree a plus.
· Proven record of experience and success in the understanding, design, and implementation of hydraulics relative to machine and motion control.
· Proficient in mechanical design, detailing, and the use of computer-assisted drafting (ACAD or ACAD E) software. Experience with Solid Works or other parametric solid modeling software is a plus.
· Thorough knowledge of English and Metric units of measurement, as well as basic mathematics and geometry.
· Self-starter, independent worker with good communication and interpersonal skills.
· Some travel required.
